Demo has begun. Kyle and I have worked super duper hard to get the kitchen ready for construction to start. The contractor is supposed to be here bright and early in the morning to start our complete full remodel. We are tearing down a wall to put in a breakfast bar. Utilities will be rearranged and the best news of all, we are getting a washing machine, bye bye doing dishes by hand!!! Oh yeah and we'll be getting a new tankless water heater, meaning the old huge tank is no longer in the kitchen. Our washer and dryer is being moved out of the kitchen and into the hall way, so nice to get that extra space. We can't wait to get this finished so we can have all of our friends over for dinner and some wine. I can not wait to cook in a kitchen with counter space, not having to think creatively about how to phase my cooking! New appliances and no more yucky old flooring. Take a look at the pictures and we'll try to update them as progress moves along.
Wow, what a difference! Glad you had a little help from up North. You and Kyle have done an amazing job and it looks like the doggies have been very patient with all the change. Can't wait to see your new kitchen and give you hugs and kisses. Soon!!!! Love, Mom
